COMMON QUESTIONS

No. WorkOS is designed for digitally native founders who are not coders or ML architects. You need to be comfortable with the tools you already use and be able to describe how your business currently runs. David handles the technical configuration and teaches you to extend it.

Regular AI chat gives you answers. Claude Code gives you an agent that can actually execute tasks on your behalf — manage files, run automations, connect to your tools, and act on your computer. As David puts it: chat gives you powers, Claude Code gives you superpowers.

It means your AI doesn't just respond to questions — it takes action. An agentic system can send emails, update your calendar, draft proposals, update your CRM, and run workflows on a schedule. Basically, anything you could do on a computer, your agents can do instead.

Both. The system is built around how you actually work — your tools, your workflows, your decisions. If you're solo, your agents become the chief of staff you'd otherwise have to hire. If you have a team, they handle the work you'd otherwise dump on an assistant or operator.
